 | COOKIES FOR A CAUSE |  | |
 During the month of October, Nona's Sweets is offering Pink-Ribbon Cookies in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness. Individually wrapped large ribbon shaped butter cookies iced in pink or round ready to eat sugar cookies with the pink ribbon emblem. Pick up a cookie or maybe six - one for you and five for your closest friends. Or treat someone really special with a Pink Ribbon Gift Basket. Nona's is donating the proceeds from the cookies to the American Cancer Society.
Tie a cookie up with a bow and add a friendly note, "Don't forget to go for your mammogram!" What a beautiful way to tell the women in your life that you cherish them! The pink ribbon cookies will be sold through October 31st.
 Again this year, Nona's will be participating in a nationwide fundraiser - “Cancer Care’s Cupcakes for a Cause”, which benefits cancer care for kids. This yearly fundraiser occurs in September. From September 20 - 25th $1 per cupcake sold will be donated to the cause. This program provides support services to children affected by cancer and their families. All proceeds from the sale benefit the cause. Nona's delicious buttercream cupcakes are always a favorite. The more cupcakes your purchase, the more we will donate to cancer care for kids
